Speaker View & Screen Share:Welcome to the portal that is open of the Full Moon in Capricorn. Let's just jump into some facts. So the moon will be full on July the 10th at 9:57 PM in London. Capricorn is an earth sign. And at this Capricorn full moon, we can stand at a metaphorical sacred summit. Oh, this is a moment to pause in the cycle, to breathe and to acknowledge how far you have come. The glyph or the symbology for Capricorn is a mythological creature, the sea goat who can dive to the depths of the ocean and scale the tallest mountain. And so six months ago when it was the New Moon in Capricorn. In the uk, it would've been at the chilly start of the year, and we were setting intentions, perhaps ambitious ones is the energy of Capricorn. Capricorn is known as the CEO of the Zodiac. Very hardworking. And at this point in the cycle, you might want to reflect on how far you've come. And that's why these moon practices are so brilliant because we can achieve a lot. We can come a long way and never realize it, never feel some of those positive benefits when we have committed to something and we've achieved it. So yes, this moon is about celebrating any of your achievements. It's about ambition, success, it's related to structure, but also of resilience. All full moons, offer a portal of healing, of letting go of what no longer aligns with your soul's mission. And perhaps that was different in January. What I love about the holistic health Circle is we set intentions and we take imperfect action. So say at the beginning of the year, or one of my intentions was to raise a thousand pounds for charity. I get to take stock and if I'm not there yet, I get to course correct. I get to tune back in and see if that really resonates with me, and I get to celebrate what I have achieved, what I have raised so far. And so what was going on for you in January? What were your hopes and your dreams and what were your intentions? If this is completely new to you, no worries. This is a chance to start your journey, but if you've been. Following the moon or you've been inside the circle, you'll have your Journal or your notebook where you can go back and reflect. But another way I like to do this is often to go through my camera phone and look at the photos of what was going on at the time. It will give me a sense of books that I was reading or the kind of food that I was eating, and whether that served me, whether that. Supported my health journey, whether that supported my intentions, whether that supported my. Another wonderful thing about working with the moon is of course, it reflects nature to us, but for centuries, healers, midwives, herbalist, and even surgeons would work with the lunar cycles. Hippocrates, the father of modern medicine believed in treating patients based on the moon phase, so especially during bleeding or purging treatments, in many ancient systems, blood loss, menstruation and spiritual release were seen as more potent or revealing at the time of the full moon. And in folk tradition, Capricorn, full moons being an earth sign. Were used for bone joint and structure related healing, including ancestral repair and detoxifying responsibility overload. So I will be talking about that in this episode. How to let go of a sense of overburdened responsibility. With every full moon or every new Moon as well, we ask our. Community to tune in to how they're receiving this energy within them and what phase of their inner cycle they're at. If they're in the phase of their life where they're still menstruating or perimenopause or beyond, they will be using the moon cycles. Just tuning in to my tribe, you are often very ambitious, driven, energetic, big-hearted, often empaths. Definitely nature loving. Also exploring your authentic self because perhaps you've masked emotions or pain, and perhaps you're uncovering neurodivergent traits as well. Capricorn energy is often praised as strong, driven, hyper independent, and responsible. But under this moon, we can remember that sometimes that can be a trauma response. So I wanted to speak about that through the trauma informed lens Capricorn is the CEO of the Zodiac, and we can become the CEO of everything because we might feel like no one else is showing up. No one else is showing up for the responsibility. If I do it myself, it'll get done quicker, it will get done right, or perhaps I don't wanna bother somebody else with this task. I don't wanna ask favors. So sometimes this can be related to a mistrust with others. If we've experienced trauma high stress, that's unresolved. It affects innately our nervous system. And our nervous system is wired to communicate with the collective. And so if we feel like we can't trust others, then we just go into our shell, we overwork, we try to do everything. We rely only on ourselves because that way we won't get hurt anymore. Also, this sense of overworking to feel worthy. Definitely a systemic thing that I see with the women that I work with. This. Worthiness, which will cover more when we get to the Virgo Moon around September time. And also this feeling of pushing through everything to feeling in control when deep down you never feel safe, and a full moon asks us to surrender. And how scary can surrender be when we've lost control before and we got hurt. Your past doesn't determine your present or your future. When Capricorn energy is in balance, it looks more like commitment Without this self erasure. Leadership that includes softness. So embodying the cyclical wisdom of a woman's body, knowing that there's ebbs and flows to energy and health, creating strong boundaries that protect and connect and working with integrity and soul. So whether you are in an employed job or. You are CEO of your own business. Self-employed boundaries are super important in protecting your health, protecting your energy, and also helping others to feel safe so they know where they stand. And like I mentioned before, some of the out of balance energies of Capricorn. So this might be if you're holding, unresolved. Stress or trauma is a sense of control issues. Like I have to be in control of everything, otherwise the shit's gonna hit the fan. Definitely avoiding vulnerability because when we are vulnerable, there can be a belief that we are not strong and we need to be the strong one., There's a sense of over-functioning or burnout, which can really lead to chronic health issues. And this one for me, an internalized pressure to achieve at the cost of wellbeing. I have to say I catch myself on that one, but there is an internalized pressure. And often it will be this perceived thing where we think others expect something of us. And if we say, actually, my capacity's not there right now, that we think that they're gonna judge us or shame us when actually the truth is that most people, especially people that love you, will understand. And if they don't. Sometimes full moons we have to surrender to letting go of things, and it might mean relationships. And that's been true in my personal experience when somebody didn't respect a new boundary that I had set. Around my space, my time, and my body, I realized that there wasn't space for them in my life anymore and why that can be really painful. It has helped me to grow in so many ways. So sending love and empathy, if anyone's gone through that or going through that, and when we let go of things, we do to make space, and we don't know what's gonna come into that space if we can just hold the space. Usually when you keep the space clear and you set intentions on the new Moon. You will call into that space something for your highest sell. So there can be many gifts in letting go. So one of my so inquiries for you is, what have I accomplished that nobody else saw? And in this world of AI and social media, we're often sharing, the lovely weekends the travel and perhaps fitness accomplishments or a task that you set yourself that you've achieved, which is great in celebrating with everybody but. Authenticity is so important. And what is it that feels important to you that nobody else saw that you can still be in celebration of? How have you shown up for yourself even when it was hard? Inside the holistic health circle in our full moon ceremony this month, we're gonna be looking back to the goals that we set at The New Moon in Capricorn, and we're just gonna see from this higher place of perspective as we've traveled through the year so far, were there any goals that perhaps not rooted in our truth as it is now? Were they rooted in people pleasing or expectations that were put on us from others? Authority figures or systems that no longer honor our truth or this outdated idea of success, that leaves no room for your body, your needs, and your softness. So as always, we'll be looking at what's not in alignment, what we holding onto out of fear, and we'll be doing a ritual to release that. So my loves remembering your basics on the full Moon. Full Moon can affect the tides within us. It can pull up to the surface, the unseen. It could bring up pain or emotions. And so something basic that you can really take care of yourself under the full Moon is hydration, which I always say, but also magnesium is a really important one. You might find on the full moon with the high amount of stimulating light around that it affects your sleep, which sometimes can cause stress. Stress depletes magnesium. Chronic stress or chronic lack of sleep uses that magnesium rapidly. So it might mean on the full moon that any imbalances in the body, any muscular imbalances that often show up as painful muscles or pain in the body need a little bit of magnesium. Definitely the more stress that you're under, the more magnesium your body needs. And it does help to hormone balance as well when we have the right, amount of magnesium because it works closely with the thyroid, the adrenals, and the ovaries to regulate key hormones, estrogen, progesterone. So of course, I'm gonna tell you one of my favorite ways to take in magnesium is through ceremonial cacao, which is extremely high. It gives you around 25 to 35% of your recommended daily amount in one cup. I've got some lovely feedback from a member inside the holistic health circle. That said, the chronic pain I was experiencing has basically disappeared since working with you both. And on the rare occasions, I do feel the pain. I'm able to understand it or I know what I need to do to help. So no medication needed. How incredible is that? And so often I hear women say I don't wanna take the medication, but I dunno another way. And that's what Holistic Help can support you with. So along with the new and the Full Moon ceremonies, we've got asked Hannah where she. Answers all your personal health questions, which is like basically having your own, herbal doctor or naturopathic doctor inside the membership. And then of course we do collectively experience similar conditions. So we've got lots of high awareness sessions, particularly around, supporting you through perimenopause changes. So recently that we did inflammation in the body and how to support that holistically. And so we would love to welcome you in. If you've got pain in your body and you want to overcome it naturally, what are you waiting for? Come and join us. You can have your pain disappear as well. And so take care of my loves under this full moon, and I'll see you for the next New Moon in about two weeks.
